Hello Pulp Friends,

It's that time of the month when I can reveal the covers I did for the issues of KATO ORIGINS and GREEN HORNET YEAR ONE that are solicited in the new PREVIEWS (now on sale).
So here's the cover for KATO ORIGINS #6. Tune in this Sunday for the Green Hornet one :)

Hope you guys enjoy it :)

Cheers,
Francesco

This cover makeme ask myself who is the most badass of the pair: Kato or the Green Hornet.

In the original '40s version, they were equals.
Britt was the tactician and "front man".
Kato was the scientific/technical genius and hidden backup.
Both were good hand-to-hand combatants, Britt with boxing and wrestling, Kato with judo and karate.
I'm pleased the Year One version follows thru (and enhances) these aspects.
The two Year One titles are easily the best of the Dynamite Hornet books, in no small part due to wonderfully-moody pulp/noir covers by Francesco like this!
